Ever find yourself trying to answer questions like, “Will you ever have to shoot someone?” or “Why do you go into fires? Won’t you get burned?” Talking to kids about public safety work can be tricky. On one hand, kids want to be proud of what their parents do, on the other, it can invoke anxiety and fear. Parents walk the line trying to give honest explanations without causing undue stress. This course will help guide you in conversations with your kids, as well as tackle difficult topic that every set of responder parents should have with their kids.
