One of the key components of resiliency is balance. When your life is balanced and your needs are being met in key areas, it generally makes you feel fulfilled and more confident. In this clinical exercise, a clinician will take you through a simple but telling look at how balanced your life really is…or isn’t using the resiliency wheel. You will receive tips in where to focus your efforts to help establish more balance and a visual representation to help you evaluate your progress.

Meet Your Instructor:

Tiffany Crist, LMFT

Tiffany is originally from Montreal, Canada, where she was raised in a LE family and has fond memories of going on ride-alongs with her father. She received her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and predominantly works with adults, couples and families to address relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, parenting and behavioral issues and phase of life transitions. Tiffany is an EMDR trained therapist. Her approach to working with clients also includes Relational Life, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused and general systems therapies. Tiffany also has an extensive training background in personal and professional development, supporting teams to establish healthy workplace environments.
