Everyone deals with stress, but did you know stress can be good for you? Your stress response supports hypervigilance, increased levels of alertness, and energy on the job and at home. Stress can also improve cognitive functioning, attention span, and productivity. The vagus nerve is one of the longest, most complex nerves in the body and transmits important information between the brain and the body. This exercise helps your nervous system to relax so you can ease into a calm state.
