Course Overview

Course Length: 4 Hours

$55

Stress and trauma are frequently occurring in responder work, and if left unmitigated, can turn into burnout and compassion fatigue, costing departments in man hours, sick leave usage, and increased accidents and injuries. This course addresses those stressors and empowers the responder with tools and strategies to manage their own stress instead of avoiding it and letting it fester. Additionally, tips for increasing morale and personal resiliency are identified to help reinvigorate responders who may be struggling with organizational and occupational stressors. This can be taken as an individual course, or as part of our Peer Support Bundle.
